There is no need to take your computer into the shop. We can call at any time, including evenings and weekends - whenever is most convenient for you.

Standard business operational hours are between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Eariler or later times can and will be arranged without additional cost.

No call out charge.

We work on a No Fix, No Fee policy. Private individuals pay just £30 for the first hour and £25 for every hour after that. Small to medium sized businesses pay just £40 and £35 for each additional hour after that.

Rapid and efficient service.

Same day or next day appointments are usually available - we come at specific times; No waiting around all day. If we're unable to solve your problem, you won't pay us anything.
